Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your credit purchases.

2. Credit Management

AI image generation credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are valid for the period specified in your credit pack.

Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded after expiration.

Account sharing, automated scripts, or unauthorized API usage may result in account suspension without refund.

Each image generation consumes credits per use. Advanced output settings such as high resolution, image editing, and complex prompts may consume additional credits.

3. Refund Policy

GPT Image 2 delivers AI image generation credits instantly upon purchase. We provide free trial credits so you can evaluate GPT Image 2 quality and features before purchasing a credit pack.

All sales are final.



3.1 No Refunds Once Credits Are Issued
Once AI image generation credits are issued to your account, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled. Issued credits are non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been used or how many remain.
